Tour and conversation requests

The inquiry form prepares an email in your own email app. Typing into the form does not submit an inquiry to us. You choose whether to send that email. The information you include can contain your name, contact details, ZIP code and answers about your work and tour preferences. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive details.

When you send an email, Coombs & Co receives it through its email provider and uses it to respond, discuss Biltout and coordinate any next steps you request. Email correspondence may be retained for those purposes and ordinary business records.

Browsing this website

The current site does not install advertising trackers or application-level analytics, create visitor accounts or save your form answers in browser storage. The calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not submitted to us.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Hosting and security logs are separate from the inquiry form.

The optional interactive walkthrough

The 360° walkthrough is provided by iGUIDE. Its embedded player loads only after you choose to launch it; opening the full-screen tour also takes you to that provider. That third-party service receives connection information and may use its own cookies or storage under its own privacy practices.
